    Boss1, I was assuming that the top shareholders had committed. Those mentioned came straight off the Top 10 shareholders list. The assumption is based on TMR comments that DIRECTORS and MAJOR shareholders had accepted the deal. Thats all I was getting at. You would think those at the top end of town would know a little more than some of the twerps around here.
