It ain't over till it's over, and in that regard TMR is still a long way short of 90%
Whilst TMR might have control, they don't have 90% and are very unlikey to get it IMO.
The clock is ticking and my bet is they won't even have 80% by 31 May 2007 closing date - so another extension perhaps - oh that's right TMR said they won't be extending!
I won't be accepting this miserable offer.
