    Hey Knowledge,

    Your question re: IBR directors is rethorical, isn't it?
    Are you and other IBR shareholders really expecting these directors to reveal their monetary gains for selling their shares into the 'friendly takeover'?
    Of course they are going to be much, much better off than any of us ordinary shareholders. I can sense your frustration between the lines, and I believe others are frustrated as well by the CHEAP way IBR appears to have been sold. They are feathering their nests best they can. However, if a certain percentage of IBR shareholders would hold off selling their shares until it gets to the 'mop up' stage, they might get a price closer to the $1.04 touted by TMR letters as fair. It happened not so long ago with AZR when it got from about 22c to 29c (good % increase) during the last few days of the extended offer period. There was however a slight difference. The then AZR directors appeared to fight 'tooth and nail' against the takeover succeeding.
