Ramblings would be right Hindsight......" Hugh C is sure building TMR into a cash flow generator " , is that the 9m$ cash IBR has on hand , with a lousey 1m$ TMR has on hand.....good try to snatch the Ibr shareholder funds and not further dilute TMR already with 4.5 times the shares as IBR . And you've got the hide to publically imply IBR needs any future funding from TMR .....turn it up mate ....as a TMR holder you can't wait to take advantage of this scam to deprieve IBR holders a fair value for this huge gold resourse which is worth a hell of a lot more than any tmr Chilean copper resource . No bl**dy wonder the TMR directors are buying up shares too .....they can't wait either .
Ask Matt Wood , he tells us IBR is fully funded to produce 60,000 to 70,000 oz per annum and then self funded into 150,000 oz per annum in 12 mths.
Funny about the p*ss weak 4:1 offer , especially when tmr has 4.5 times the shares on issue and taking into a/c the fact that tmr copper resourse is only worth half as much [ at best ] as ibr gold resourse in going foreword $ terms .....that equates to 4.5x2:1 .......yes thats correct 9:1 . Thats not considering the 9m$ of IBR cash and further dilusion of TMR with only 1m$ to its name .
No wonder the long term investers in IBR feel they are being ripped off , sold out cheap and to see those responsible lining up on the 'new' TMR board .
This is getting such a stink on it now , its probably time for the authorities to take a look.
Comparing the resources of both companies is like comparing cheese and chalk .....thats why we invested in this gold company ....little wonder why TMR want to theive it for less than its estimated worth .
Yes Bettertipster , you are entitled to withdraw your offer to accept this tmr joke offer .....it hasn't been accepted yet and has little chance until tmr put a fair and reasonable offer on the table .
To the directors who have been trying to badger large IBR shareholders into selling and ignoring their real concerns and not returning phone calls this last 10 weeks , you have bought this upon yourselves and if this gets ugly I'm concerned it will end up far more costly than a fair offer to the IBR shareholders in the first place .
To the genuine IBR shareholders who have put real money into this company [ and thats all you good folk still standing ] , we are cashed up and going foreword with or without tmr ......Those who should be looking after our interest and the present tmr board have a simple choice , put a fair deal on the table or clear out .
Hold the line fellows , we don't need tmr , but they would sure love to steal our value on the cheap .
