With only 1m$ coh and stuff all production, no wonder tmr are so desperate to steal IBR's 9m$ coh and gold production.

They have 4.5 times the shares on issue and facing furthert shareholder dilution and worse still their resources aren't worth half the present, let alone the future, $ value of the IBR resources.......so fellows, thats 4.5x2:1, thats right, 9:1 on a fair value reckoning in anyones language .....as already stated a number of times on this site these lousey directors should hang their heads in shame for running away and recommending a pidling 4:1 offer. The best thing they can do is clear out, they no longer have the confidence of present large long term shareholders who will not be accepting this pathetic tmr offer .....end of storey
