as a long time holder who first bought in the 30's the deal imo comes down to 2 things. its clear ibr directors no longer want anything to do with it and secondly tmr is stealing the company with ibr director support for far less than its worth.
its now a case of do we let them steal it knowing tmr directors are keen on advancing the project and have every interest in doing so or hold out and protest knowing matt wood couldn't care less and we end up loosing anyways.
does the end justify the mean?
