Obviously Tabang was far more expensive than originally planned due to delay and additional investments for th retrofitting.
I feel like bayan is trying to raise it stake in the jv either thru equity or by gettinga higher coal price.
As it sems we are at the pint where we can prove that the technology works, this is a good moment to bribe wec in the jv.
