One definitive bit of the new policy is below. This will rule out pure DSO mining where you basically dig, bag and ship ore for processing in come other country. Atlantic weren't planning on doing that so this isn't a large restriction. Atlantic were (are?) planning on shipping fines / lightly processed material from the modular DMS unit. Interpretations would be needed around this because the material isn't in its raw state but neither is it a lithium concentrate like SC5.5 - SC6.0. Common sense would indicate that if ore has gone through a concentration process like DMS/Flotation it is no longer in its raw state...
Atlantic may need to stockpile modular DMS fines for later recovery through a flotation circuit (assuming the flotation circuit has robust economics). That particular problem is only a small one for Atlantic and could be resolved by prefunding/equity through an offtake.
