For each CO2 molecule recycled you need to add one O2 to yield two COs. This is equivalent of just adding one O2 and reacting it with the carbon (coal). So if you recycle CO2 you need to move around two molecules (one O2 and one CO2) to achieve the same result as just injecting one molecule (O2). As I said there's no benefit.
