John you have shown no evidence that anything to do with the patents for the flash calciner which is ground zero is in question. What are the numbers of the patents up for review that you are aware of, there is certainly none listed at the patent office only granted, lapsed, withdrawn or filed(these being the new ones that yes would be reviewed as every other filed patent is). The patent for the court case is nothing its for mixing stuff up nothing at all to do with the calciner and Co2 capture.
