    Hydro is a potential alternative for base load electricity.
    Hydro is not relevent to a coking coal project where the end use of the project is steel making.

    How do these greens intend to make steel?? Either you use coke or you have no steel. Perhaps you can cook steel up in a frypan al la the cultural revolution.
