At least someone has has a response from the company. I have been waiting for a week.
I am surprised the stock has recovered a little following the announcement of stock being purchased by a director without any announcement from the company. Does this mean there is some good news pending that the directors are privy to yet we are not?
Did KR purchase stock as a result of this news or was it to "prop up" the "slide" from shareholder pressure?
This board seems to be still treating their shareholders with contempt by not disclosing information in a timely fashion.
I am not a "daytrader" trying to make a profit from "speculation" but rather an investor wanting long term benefit from my investment.
I hope the future will indead be be "green pastures".
