Ho ho Birdman, I said "net" exporter. Take away the imports you posted from their exports (separate chart):

...and what do you get? In 2010 Germany was a net exporter of about 20,000 GWh (assuming I have the units correct).

You people are so busy in your pre-conceived paradigms that you cannot see the big picture or even (it seems) get the facts right.
