Nope doesn't bother me at all. A quick review of any other insurer's policy reveals they all have similarly low ratings on this site (I checked AAMI for instance and their rating were just as bad).
Seems to me if you have a claim denied, go online and rant about it. Everyone else doesn't bother to post.
Not worth worrying about at all IMO.
