Great post! I think your list of priorities is similar (if not the same) as management's priorities.
In my opinion, the delays with tech development are a legacy of Andrew Ward. The tech team was tiny back then and has only started ramping up in the last 6 months or so. I don't think Andrew knew much about running a tech business, so a lot of changes were needed since then. Luckily we have a new CEO in place to fix that mistake.
If Andrew was still leading this business, it would be gone by now. Thankfully he stepped aside when he did and allowed the company to grow.
