Always interesting to see how highly these companies hold their existing shareholders .They could have given their own shareholders the opportunity to top up at a discounted rate , but prefered to go behind the scenes & offer non-members of the company shares at a discounted rate .These outside shareholders , could have bought on market like everyone else .If it's such a great company why the need for the incentive & preferential treatment .I had intended investing here , but will not as i regard this as a bad sgn .
