It will be a little while yet, in my opinion. Poli and Viner are very very shrewd. They have very firm views as to how to maximize the asset and start making money. But, they need to be positive that their views jive with the reality.
Remember that Viner is an exploration geologist by trade- and neither Sampson nor Breyley are. He will want to look the land over very carefully himself and be sure to corroborate his original opinions about this land which he first formed a number of years ago- before they make any announcements.
