I like the value play here, per drill bit consumed at this Orbost project.

But I am extremely concerned about green tape for this mining location. Public does NOT like seeing aussie bush, especially temperate forest with ferns, bulldozed!

No doubt DYOR's have noted the lengths needed just to do some simple drilling... and the nice mountain creeks?

My angle would be a quick profit on drill bit results, then GTFO before reality sets in.
