re: dnatron After all this time I feel the likely hiatus is due to TZL not wanting to pay too much nor find hidden costs such as those that may be associated with closure of unwanted divisions. No doubt their financiers are equally keen to ensure the price is right. TZ must be in the box seat or else they would have announced they were not proceeding some time ago (if they couldn't get the funding/support or else were outbid by Alcoa or someone else). When it comes to parting with a very large fistful of dollars they want to be certain of the numbers. It could easily mean the difference between a 2-bagger and a 5-bagger for us and we all want the latter. This will be especially true for the 20 or so TZ principals who hold half the stock.
