From what I understood from the details outlined by the US last night, it suggested that business can obtain loans from the banks and the US government will guarantee the loan even if the borrower fails to pay the loan. Now that sounds pretty good, but I don't know if there was a $ limit or any other restricitons. But this bodes well for Centro in refinancing with the US banks due 15 December.
