In addition to this there is either talk (or it's actually happening) not sure of actual status regarding the Fed Reserve lending directly to businesses. This is perhaps the most significant item to comme out of the supposed bailout package.
If I was the Fed Reserve, I'd rather have property for my cash rather than junk-ish bank security for my cash.
