Bloods you are correct not a long term view I look for short term, then move onto the next trade. I find investing quite boring and would use a fund manager if that was my aim.
There are day traders, swing traders, investors, dividend collectors and each to their own I guess.
From your statement I would gather you are a long term investor, and wish you the best with your choice of strategy.
