from emr announcement today..
Plugging & Suspending Well. Cut a 60 foot core
from 7,197-7,257 feet in Bakken Shale & Three
Forks sandstone, with full recovery. Core
showed good oil fluorescence and is currently
being analysed at Core Labs, Canada. Drilled to
total depth and ran logs. Logs indicate all other
prospective zones were wet.
can anyone describe what wet logs are... is there hope they burn brightly?
