Hi sharesmistro,
Technically the earnings, dividends etc look great.
I am starting to think that there are internal management issues in the group? They had a recent attempted management buyout which was rejected by the directors and a recent aquisition that was abandoned due to strategic differences. These events seemed like red flags to me and there have been higher volumes of trading around these events that was difficult to understand. Generally this company has very thin trading.
The directors/CEO seem like a bunch of accountants and I am guessing the business managers dont like this...hence the recent decision to recruit business people into these roles. Perhaps this step was to satisfy disgruntled management?
I sold most of my shares recently because it just doesn't feel right. It is a services/consulting organisation and I was thinking that perhaps it is possible for the business managers to leave and set up their own company and take the clients with them?
