Been doing some research tonight and it appears that they are not new to owning shares in SBN.Actually a Long term believer.

Previously held 10 mill+ shares under the name Dominion Investments by one of the directors Vlado Bosanac.

If you don't believe they can turn SBN in to something ,just have a look at what they are doing to a company called AOS right now.

Looks like we could be in for a share consolidation, merger,or aquisition and cap raising and even a new busines venture and ASX code if AOS is anything to go by.
