Apart from the hard valuation the report gives important contextual info:
-the importance of a "Goldilocks" amount of irrigation....not too little & not too much & its timing.
-the importance of culling out the male plants ASAP & their replacement with females.
-ongoing arial & soil monitoring.
-the collection of data & analysis for future seasons both as a grower and a service provider to others.
