Did anybody else notice Greenhill are involved with Graincorp and it is now subject to a potential takeover process from Archer Daniels Midland?
Greenhill were appointed to advise Elders a few months ago on their restructure and sales process. It will be interesting to see where this all heads from here.
What have these guys arranged and have they come up with a super deal on restructure? If there is a sale in play this may be a catalyst for ELD to refinance debt.... think about it.
Of course this is just speculation....maybe it is bad news and Greenhill could not deliver like they are doing for Graincorp.... interesting times
