I am 60 radiomoscow and I am absolutely sure the climate today is exactly the same as I can ever remember it being.
The weather varies from year to year, even decade to decade in cycles with droughts and floods but long term there has been no noticable change.
Sea levels also appear exactly the same as when I was a boy, so not much, if anything, happening there either.
