There is little proof that CO2 is a primary driver of the mild increase in global temperatures since 1900.
Water vapour (clouds) is by far the biggest contributor to planet heating .
Unfortunately the global elite can`t control this factor or even tax it.
Hence the need for another scapegoat for control and monetary gain.
