'The Age of Consent' he argues that the worlds
poorer nations/peoples etc have a powerful weapon
to enable them to receive democracy at the global
level - Colectively threaten to default on all debt (several trillion dollars).
Question : If the idea has been conceved, then how
fare are we away from some kind of reality?
