From my experience it's boomers and sheltered uni kids.
most Boomers aren't smart enough to know they're being scammed, whether gov policy or gladly giving "microsoft support" their superannuation account access over their iphones.
At uni there's plenty of dyed haired 30 something "student support and culture" mentors that have never left campus since they started in 2009.
The young kids who have bought into the "gotta go to uni" meme wil also get duped time and time again due to peer pressure.
all these clowns in suits need to do is keep promising handouts and they'll get a vote or two. Add a few mongols raiders into the mix like Lidia Thorpe for the pests, Grace/Britney for the girls, Adam bandt for the emasculated, Van Badham for the foolish and you've now got a whole buffet of "political edginess" to feast upon.
Edginess is attractive to naive kids as it gives them a personality, the boomers are desperate to stay relevant to the kids and vote accordingly.
in short, it's fast fashion for politics. All Baseless and unrealistic.
