There is little doubt that if they carried out the appropriate land and bush management practices, there would have been far less deaths in the recent fires. Because the Greens convinced so many not to follow such practices, the unavoidable bush fires that occurred have increased the risk of deaths. Now we must move on and take head of the advice coming from real experts and avoid such sad incidents occurring ever again. I'm not blaming the Greens; we all make mistakes. Hopefully, they will say "sorry" and change their attitude of being against many if not all of the suitable and appropriate land and bush management policies that should have been in place.
