Inasmuch as we know that continental plates move vertically as well as horizontally, I wonder if that fact has been taken into account in the attempts at causing a panic over "rising sea levels"? Probably not; it would only obscure a good racket. Just for the record, I don't know, or even care if the sea level is rising. Whatever happens will have to be dealt with and something else will in time take its place as the latest imminent disaster to befall mankind/personkind.
