I worked in the galvanizing industry for many years. Our consumption was something like 7 ton a day x 6 days, the other day was drossing (cleansing as to speak) and that was 16 ton every two weeks. So for a fortnight: 42+42+16=100× 25 fortnight (2 weeks closed a year for Xmas) =2500 ton.
This was 1 company of 4 in a small city of Perth. Alot of pre galv'd products came in from china for the industry.
On top of that we sold to a company our dross product who then sent it to India to be recycled. That this was feasible surprised me until I researched consumption compared to existing production compared to new planned production.
My research lead me to IBG.
Why?
Operation planned for a secure country.
The country has less than 60k of people who are proactive to develop.
The project is coastal (wharf required but no rail etc)
The shipping window was a concern but they will stockpile for forward sales. I have a position in PLS and they very much stockpile till they have a ship load, kind of similar.
There are more but you gotta do some research .....
