A geologist friend of mine in Finland is trying to do some research along those lines for me.
I thought others, the more avid posters, my have done that already, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
As I stated before, the Greenland government rules about 70,000 people and it is drawn from that number, fewer people than your average Australian council area. You know what goes on in your local council, I hope.
