By the way, aren't you suppose to do the research and share with the forum? Why are you basing your decisions to buy or sell based on other people's comments?
If your point is to refute what everyone says on GGG, then what's GGG worth to you? Even with a "poor" management you think GGG has, it must be worth something, so what's that price in your head? How much do you actually value GGG with current management?
