I don't know if through research you came up with the word JV, or someone mentioned it and it got stuck, but the fact is Shenghe bought 12% of GGG and it was approved by the FIRB. The agreement also saw Shenghe claiming that they would like to buy 100% of GGG's output, if and only if GGG has offered the whole lot to them. The equity deal also gave Shenghe the right to buy up to their share of 12% of GGG during future GGG equity raising. The whole deal is approved by FIRB and in company announcement in 2016, gets mentioned in 2018 Financial reports in Directors report section.

Again, it buffles me how you could find a 50 year old research paper to prove GGG is lying yet not have read a single company report from end to end. Shows how biased you are and how uninformed and misinformed you are. By the way who spoon fed you the 50 year old research?
