    That means there is no deal with Shenghe. All the right top go to 60% ownership is not real, despite it being talked about alot

    A non binding resolution is what you do to say something nice about Christmas. And management is talking incessantly about how lucky GML is to have a non-binding agreement.

    You can't make this stuff up, it is so absurd.
