Of course I have reported you several times as well. Don't shoot the messenger here.
You've gotta know that a non-binding agreement means nothing. Shenghe hasn't committed to do anything, and they don't have to process anything. The company acts like the processing is all locked up. Obviously its not. They acted as though Shenghe was committed to help with processing, obviously they are not, there is no deal there (by the way, a non binding deal is NO DEAl).
Jon Mair mentioned Shenghe 3 times in his speech to PDAC and all they have is a non binding agreement.

I'm floored but I am also laughing. It reminds me of a bad clown show I once saw.
