The management style is very much reactive. The vibe I get is he is answerable to an external party/stakeholder, hence the diplodocus reaction times with announcements or article rebuttals. There isn't much confidence with shareholders about the uranium tailings, basically its being stored in Narnia atm, it has to be readdressed in a revised EIA.
I don't envy their situation, but a lot of lessons to be learnt from their mistakes
