Epm have dodged nothing. They are years off having to deal with this issue. Realistically they have had the project for close to 9 months and all they have done is found some old samples in a mine and reported on them several times. in 12-18 months when they define a resource maybe then they will have this issue. It’s taken ironbark years to get to funding approval. Epm hasn’t even started the process. Maybe In 5-7 years we find out if the project is viable?

My guess is EPM will CR when they consolidate as they spin off the Uranium projects.
