Likewise, it is bizarre. I guess the market had rallied a little in expectation of the ban being actually relaxed yesterday and is now re-tracing as that hasn't yet happened.
The news over the last 7 days is the strongest indication yet that the ban will be uplifted and is another piece in the jigsaw slotted into the right place.
