Zogeel, I give it 5 marks out of 10.
A couple of concerns I have are:

    1. "unanimous support from all political parties to fast-track an independent review to finalize the government driven, multi-year phase of information gathering on uranium production and associated issues."

    What is meant by "multi-year?
How far into this review are we, and how long now till completion?

    2. I don't read too much into "unanimous support" for fast-tracking of the review. This doesn't even imply majority support for mining uranium.

    3. There is a huge amount of data in the public domain and available from other sources around the world in relation to safe mining, processing and handling of uranium.
In it's environmental impact statement, GME is to address specific issues relating it's proposed operations at the site and in the sub-Arctic conditions, and Greenland will have to be satisfied with the study as a prerequisite for the exploitation licence.
So, why the need for the lengthy Govt. study?

    Just some of my thoughts.
    23.
