Hi LEVSERT and thank you for posting the article. We knew Shenghe was not part of placement which in this article - reading between the lines - is important as Shenghe although entitled to increase their hold - well it could be seen to some in Greenland - at a critical time of permitting - public consultations - a point of concern to raise. Extremely well done again by management to raise a very large amount of monies from what appears new investors whom we will know Friday along with later change of substantial holding if indeed any of these placement investors already hold.

Most will understand how companies raise capital. For juniors and companies still in resource delineation development stage or further advanced into permitting stage - there is almost always a big glossy presentation as GGG - followed by a capital raise to "sophisticated" investors - followed by release of important progressive details within weeks of completion of placement - followed by SP increase.

Pretty close now re proof reading completion of translations and date for PC to commence - December - January as announced by company in presentation. All going to plan nicely.
