I have not read that article in particular, but past archived article inferred to the potential hazards as outlined in the risk section of the original study. I think he is concerned with JD spruiking the zinc shortage and subsequent price hike. He is also concerned that the feasibility study are using out dated assumptions and will not get approval by the Chinese financiers.

I guess any project carry certain amounts of risks. Any investor would have to know that high risk equals high return. If it's easy money all round we all be rich and no one will have to work anymore.

Certain aspects that he mentioned does warrant further explanation. But I guess the impending feasibility study update will pretty much answers them. Hopefully the grant of finance will quash his concern for now and we are on our merry way.
