Moka is dead on the money in regards to the tussle that came about with these ML.
Someone made a grave mistake, only knowing of it after the fact. (type of rock and ease of extraction?) "I'll go the no uranium route, you guys will never get it out of the ground tsk tsk." But things took a major turn with zero tolerance etc. but thats the way it goes sometimes, winners and losers.
