Germany's constitutional court as upheld the validity of the euro bailout (Not uncommon for these things to be legally challenged Rudd's individual bailout payment went to the High court of Aust). This will trigger action in euro imo
POG is just shy of 1750...this is a swing point for gold depending on the next few hours/days.
