Noticed yesterday that some Mortgagee Sales have started making their way into the papers (4 alone in yesterday's Melbourne Age).
So, you may just be right, although I still suspect (for reasons spelt out in my postings of early May) that the RBA will still raise rates by 25bp next week.
My prediction, therefore, is for a 25bp rise in June based on past RBA rhetoric.
