i agree with U dave R,
ps, I have never seen a flying saucer. Nevetheless, they might or might not exist. And if some have seen, but also happen to support decentralisation, that may not suggest that they should be locked up. :-). In days gone by, many used to believe that the world was flat, until someone proved otherwise. That someone had to take a fall, but we are now better off for that someones efforts.
