How about you find a statistic as to how many full-blood aboriginals are living in cities with access to higher education in Australia? That might help answer your question.

Most full-blood aboriginals are still living their traditional lives in the top end and isolated outback regions of Australia. Why would they want to give up their traditional lifestyles to join the white rat-race in the city?

 We know what happens to full-blood aboriginal sports men and women when their career is over--most can't get out of the city fast enough.

Your question could be answered by socialists but I think you are not accepting the fallout from  the state sanctioned genocide in Australia that occurred over the first 50 odd years after whites arrived.
